3 (simple) lists to help 2025 feel complete.
The end is nigh...

Tomorrow is the last day of (the year of our lord) 2025.
My brain contains an over-abundance of visions, themes, through-lines, and data. Wrangling these beasts often feels impossible.
As I imagine many of our minds do, I house a powerful “editor” who prevents me from starting — and certainly from finishing — the ambitious projects I take on.
Despite the above, I’ve managed to do a wide swath of things in 2025.
Yesterday, I grabbed a notebook and pen and dotted three different point-form lists, each with their own category, all on a single page. These items are off the top of my head and I’m trying not to obsess about capturing everything.
I welcome you to try this activity. Feel free to use the categories below, or make ones that fit you better.
My categories:
First-time crafting projects
Fave shows that I went to
Shows that I participated in
My lists:
1. A year of crafting
I challenged myself with each of these for the first time ever:
shoe repair (sneakers, various types of boots, dress shoes)
sock repair
outfit design and assembly
screenprinting
recycled accessory making
vintage dress alteration
leather glove repair
taiwanese milk tea + homemade soy milk making
holiday boughs

Honourable mention: Red Bull Dance Your Style Tournament (not live but see photo :o)

Do you like to party at Book Club

The Effect, Deltron 3030 (x2), Primary Trust, Two Gents, poster for Do You Like to Party album release, ticket to Red Bull Dance Battle 2026 in Switzerland...
